Please read, this piece I customized so that the mayors head is animated and rotates around. This item will still come with the original rotating base that originally animated the inflatable. Due to the animation I added to the head, when I used the inflatable the past season it got caught on a tree limb and the head twisted causing the screen printing to crack as pictured. There is also a small hole that I patched with tape that was created when it got twisted. It still works great but it inflates a bit weaker than it originally did. Comes with the original box.
