This set has all the antlers’ all the stands even the small yellow rubber feet for the stands and all the reindeer reins. It even has the instruction sheets. All lights are included. I will even supply a LED bulb for the sleigh and some new replacement C7 bulbs for the reindeer. Even Rudolph has a red blinking noise. No cracks no breaks no extra holes.
