This inflatable is new, never displayed. It does have tether loops. It is hand painted. Does not come with ropes or stakes. Has a fan with non-foldable legs. Has two sandbags, one in the left foot and one in the tail.

New, never been displayed. There are some areas where there is paint chipping off due to its age. Blows up super firm, no thinning spots anywhere. This inflatable would be perfect for the Chinese new year. It does have tether loops. Comes with unopened ropes and stakes.
