The GlowWebs are made from a special nylon rope that has fluorescing agents molded into the nylon fibers so that it glows under an ultra violet light, often called a UV light or a black light. The glow is the same as when freshly laundered white socks are put under a black light. Note that ultra violet incandescent bulb type lights just don’t work. For the 50 ft web I recommend using two or three of the 6w UV LED outdoor black light. The 6w LED outdoor UV light gives more glow than a 10w LED black light and more than 3 times the glow of a 3w UV LED outdoor black light. See my other listings. Where do I get a spider?
